Reasons Why Many Job Applicants/Interviewees Fail Job Interviews?

A lots of candidates give answers that do not attract the interviewers on their choice during interview process.

Sample answer: You can tell them that; there was retrenchment of staff due to seasonal changes in sales turn over. Or my previous company ran into bankruptcy or my company folded due to death of the managing director in a plane crash that subsequently led to massive redundancy of all workers. Or political situation led to closure of the firm, etc.

Never say that:
- the job location or office was too far from my home,
- the job was too difficult for me,
- my former boss wanted to date me,
- there was no room for promotion,
- my salary was too poor,
- the company normally close very late,etc
